Jon C. Kintner, M. D. received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Manchester
College in North Manchester, Indiana. He graduated from medical school in
1985 from Case Western Reserve University. After internship at Cleveland
Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio, he completed residency at University
Hospital of Cleveland in 1989, then moved to North Bend, Oregon.
His areas of interest are general ophthalmology, cataract, glaucoma,
and lid surgery. Dr. Kintner and his wife Shirley have four children. Dr.
Kintner sees patients at the Lower Umpqua Hospital Specialty Clinic Annex
