Dr. William Cely graduated from the University of Utah as an undergraduate and completed medical school there as well. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine. He practiced at the Vancouver Clinic in Vancouver, Washington and at Samaritan Pacific Community Hospital in Newport, Oregon. Currently Dr. Cely works half time at Salem Hospital doing high risk OB. Dr. Cely sees gynecology patients at Reedsport Medical Clinic, 385 Ranch Road, and performs surgery at Lower Umpqua Hospital. To schedule an appointment, call 271-2119 and ask for Kelly.
